Items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping materials are clean and recycled which may include and is not limited to: recycled boxes, mailers, packing peanuts, packaging paper, newspaper…

Items are shipped USPS or UPS and tracking numbers are provided. Once mailed Finches and Ferns cannot be held responsible for any damages. I package to the best of my ability to ensure items arrive safely. All claims must be photographed and handled with the mailing agency immediately upon arrival.
