Antique blue and white transferware relish dish

Antique blue and white transferware relish dish manufactured by Davenport in the mid 19th century in England. 

Relish dishes were used to hold pickled vegetables for serving. They ranged in plain white ironstone to intricate and rare pieces like this one with the scrolled handle. 

Fair condition considering it’s over 170 years old! Some chips throughout and staining and crazing. 

Measures 10” long x 6” wide
