Antique Stoneware bottle

This antique stoneware bottle was originally used as a refill bottle to hold such things as ink or blacking liquid.  These pieces were hand made on a mass scale and fired with a salt glaze finish which gives it the characteristic tan color.  Small chip on the bottom.  Unmarked and most likely dug up.  Dates to the mid 19th century to early 20th century.

Perfect for adding to a pottery or stoneware collection or just displaying dried or fresh florals.
