Early 1900’s James Keiller Marmalade Jar, stained and crazed with cracking along the rim.
I love the unique staining on this piece! This piece is in fair condition considering it’s been in the ground for over 100 years. Please note the chip on the one side. This item has been dug up from an English Trash Heap (sometimes referred to as a midden) where treasure hunters search for Victorian waste.
Measures 4.75” tall x 3” wide
Decorating your home with vintage means you are choosing to decorate with history and charm. It’s also the most sustainable way to decorate. You are keeping old items out of the landfill and saving resources and human labor used in the manufacturing of new home decor.
Each item in my boutique is hand picked by me. I take pride in building collections that are rich with color, history and charm. With Finches and Ferns, you can choose decor both intentionally and sustainably.
