Mid 19th century photograph in case

How beautiful is this snapshot of history? This photograph dates to the mid 1800’s. The case is intact, with some wear to the cover. The embossed velvet is in wonderful condition and the portrait is stunning. This woman forever immortalized in a print is a small portrait herself!
